You remember I went to London two weeks ago right? Well, today you get a sneak peek of what I got up up with Laura of Babb Photo, Alice of Th’ink and lots of lovely real life brides.

Alice first contacted myself and Laura to see if we wanted to help out on a shoot for a new up and coming tattoo magazine featuring lots of pretty ladies. We of course jumped at the chance .

We were planning and scheming for weeks and we managed to rope in four real life tattooed brides! We had so much fun on the day with the help of the beautiful Hayley Fell who was there working her make up magic!

Tattoos, art, culture, stories, diversity, emotion.

Things and Ink is a new style of tattoo magazine that embraces female tattoo culture. The aim of the magazine is to give tattoos more context, to give the point of view of not only the tattoo artist, but the wearer, too. Tattoos should be viewed where they sit on the body and the story behind them should be told. Things and Ink will satisfy the reader’s curiosity and tell the intimate stories.

Things and Ink will be pretty and arty and shatter tattoo myths. It will welcome collectors and tattoo virgins alike. There will be tattoo history, homewares, pictures, art, advice, fashion and opinions.”
