For those who don’t know, tomorrow I’m driving up to Scotland tomorrow to take part the challenging West Highland Way (whilst camping in between).. Yes I know, I’m slightly crazy! For those who also didn’t know, as well as running Marry Me Ink, I have a full time job at the Central Manchester Foundation Trust Hospitals (CMFT) in their inpatient pharmacy. I’m taking part in the West Highland Way to raise money specifically for the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital, one of the four hospitals at CMFT. I have a Just Giving page and would be truly grateful if so much as donated £1 to a local and worthy cause, to raise money for kids that, very unfortunately, have to stay indoors when we have glorious sunshine and when we’re at home with our loved ones. The support that Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital provides helps families to stay together and support one another during what can be a very difficult time for them. The Charity supports projects which aim to make life a little easier for our young patients and their families, particularly when they have long or frequent stays in hospital.
With your help, we can ensure that Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital is not only the largest children’s hospital in the country – but one of the best.
Look – My charity tops arrived this week! @MarryMeInk on Instagram
