I know, I know!
So much gorgeousness already this week for you lovely lot!

Amanda & Aron were wed at Lains Barn and included a beautiful mermaid style dress for Amanda and boots with braces for Aron!

My older brother went to college with Aron and so we met a few times when he used to come over and we also became friends. We then went our separate ways and didn’t see each other until about 5 years later when Aron added me on Myspace! (There was no Facebook back then!)
We’d both dropped out of Uni at around the same time and so we were both living back in Abingdon so decided to meet for a drink (we were also both single by then).

“The rest is history really but lets just say we became a couple pretty quickly after that night!”

We had all the songs that we’d listened to throughout the years of being together. Lynyrd Skynyrd, A Perfect Circle, Clutch etc. We also had a classic 1969 red Cadillac convertible which represented our unique styles and sugar skull wedding cake toppers!

The photographer we chose, Nandi Forward, also captured that 1950’s rock and roll style perfectly!

I designed the invitations by hand and then incorporated the same design onto our wedding cake. It took a long time to hand design the invitations but I love being creative and art has always been a passion of mine so it was great fun.

Aron and his best man Tom handmade some awesome accessories for their suits instead of having a classic flower buttonhole. This consisted of a metal skythe and red ribbon!
