UncommonGoods are committed to offering you a creative and exciting merchandise assortment and are working with their suppliers to make their products in a more socially and environmentally responsible manner. They feature products that contain recycled components and do not sell products containing leather, feathers or fur – “Our goal is to sell no product that harms humans or animals”.

For the past week I’ve been working with UncommonGoods and looking at their fab range for the men in our lives and have come up with my three favourites!

The homemade gin kit is part of the UncommonGoods anniversary gifts for him range and looks fab (I may even have it for myself, never mind the men!). Embrace the do-it-yourself spirit by making a batch of aromatic gin using your favourite vodka as the base! Whiskey Stones are ideal for drinking with high quality whiskey because they keep it at the perfect sipping temperature (50 degrees F), whereas ice cubes can make the whiskey too cold and ruin the flavour.

What are your favourite brides to work with?

People who are enthusiastic, excited and not ‘lost in the industry’, they are getting married for love and that’s the most important part of the day. Those people are fun, usually laid back and more open to adventure.

Mitton Hall – Off-Beat Wedding Fair

MittonHallWeddingFair-108

If you’re following the Marry Me Ink Facebook page, you’ll notice that I spent the last Bank Holiday Monday at James’ Places Mitton Hall for their Off-Beat Wedding Fair. I had the chance to meet Jack of Project Valentine Photography who took plenty of photos on the day of everyone’s spectacular stalls.

The main reason for me visiting the Off-Beat Wedding Fair at Mitton Hall last Monday was to work with the ever awesome Kerry Baker Make Up.

Kerry was showcasing two demos throughout the day, the first being the “Wonderful Wing” and the second being the “Perfect Pout”. If you didn’t know, I was Kerry’s model for the day.
