It’s finally here! The gorgeous collaboration that happened earlier in 2016 with Edith & Winston Bridalwear, Tux and Tales Photography, Fuller Figure Fuller Bust and Sugar, Darling? and Lyceum Theatre, Crewe, has now hit the blog after being featured in Gorgeous Bride Magazine!
Headpiece – Pearls and Swine
To help with the romantic feel of the shoot, we had such a wonderful team on board including Kerry Baker Make Up Artist and Wedlocks Bridal Hair Specialist to make our faces beautiful and also Pearls and Swine and HF Couture to helped us accessorise us like glittering darlings!
We also had the awesome Ellen of LND Events on board for the day who helped create a gorgeous floral, woodland deep theatrical feel to the tablescapes on the day with the help from Paragon Floral Design, Mani’s Creative Services, Sally Jane Cake Designs and Roses & China.
HAPPY HALLOWEEN! Today on Marry Me Ink I get to share with you this dark and beautiful bridal shoot from Stephan Burn Photography, A Peculiar Dream, VV Raven Floral, Rock The Frock Bridal and many more.
The inspiration for the shoot was influenced by V V Raven Creative Floristry. The decadent colour scheme with highlights of subtle metallic rose gold from their logo set the scene.
V V Raven’s passion is to inspire and excite couples willing to push the boundaries on their big day- working with them to reflect and enhance their own personality and creativity. Jo creates floral and fauna abundance with style and beauty.
Our collaborative vision was to convey a dramatic and imaginative visual. A bountiful banquet with cascading flora and fauna was to take centre-stage.
Around this, we built a corncopia consisting of a contrasting a moody and dark pallette, peppered with soft blushes, adding a more feminine warm edge.

I have always love the sweet, ethereal style of E&W Couture (Which until recently I didn’t realise stood for “Ears & Whiskers Couture” – Hence the rabbit ears on their logo!), so when Carly Turner Photography sent me this beach hut shoot, I just had to say yes to featuring it! Carly sent me little email with all the details about the shoot..
I’m a wedding photographer and love shooting weddings, but I also love all the girly bits – especially the dresses! I photographed a wedding in the Spring and my bride had this really simple, unique two piece outfit (long skirt and seperate strapless crop top). The bride had told me that it had been made by E&W Couture and that I should check out the website as they had some really gorgeous stuff.
I got in contact with E&W Couture and ended up arranging to use their dresses on some styled bridal work. I chose dresses that I thought would suit the models best.

MALLAI suede lace up metallic courts
Today on Marry Me Ink, I get to share with you some very beautiful shoes from Ted Baker. Their new range includes florally pastels, suede and lots of bows and sparkles! I myself treated myself to a pair of their Ichilbi statement bow court shoes in my favourite colour – Burgundy! I absolutely adore them – I can’t wait to wear them at my engagement party later this month!
From the beginning Ted has had a very clear, unswerving, focus on quality and attention to detail, so much so in fact that the first stores used to provide a laundry service for every shirt purchased – something that gained the quickly growing brand the title of ‘No Ordinary Designer Label’. Everything produced under the Ted Baker name has his personality woven into its very heart.
