ACCESSORIES AHOY! Festival Fun

It’s that time again – ACCESSORIES AHOY! If you weren’t here for last week’s instalment and news, where were you? I introduced Rebekah to all you lovely readers who will now be taking over the Accessory Ahoy! posts.
I’ll just hand straight over to her again now!

I felt inspired so much by this weeks theme. Laura & David’s reception was everything I love about festival themes. Wild flowers, effortless beauty, quirky and boho chic accessories. With that in mind here is some festival inspired accessories.

It wouldn’t be a festival wedding without some beautiful hair accessories. Some of my favourites are from Rock N Rose.

First up is this effortless and beautiful Roxana Royal Chain Headpiece.

ACCESSORIES AHOY! Beautiful Brooch Bouquets

For those who have been around for quite some time, would have noticed that there have been very few Accessories Ahoy posts recently. As of today, this will stop!

Today, Accessories Ahoy will be relaunched!

That’s right, not only is it being relaunched, a lovely lady and a dear friend of mine, Rebekah, will be taking the Accessory Ahoy! posts over as of today. Rebekah is also the lady behind this wonderful blog which is full of daily jewellery inspiration. Be sure to check it all out!
Let’s now hand over to Rebekah!

I felt very inspired when I looked at all the beautiful pictures from Samy & Stephen’s wedding. The reception photographs made me wish I had been invited. Everyone seemed to be having a wonderful time. One thing really caught my eye though. Her stunning brooch bouquet.

Good afternoon! Today, Marry Me Ink gets to introduce you to a fabulous lady: Razorblade Mermaid “Rock n Roll Jewels for Divas and Rockabilly Sea Queens”

© Adam Oliver Crawford

“Hi, I’m Ky, I own Sheffield based business Razorblade Mermaid Jewellery which I’ve been running for just a little over 5 years now. I design and make my own jewellery and everything is handmade by me. I finally decided to step up a gear with the business last year and launched my first website… www.razorblademermaid.co.uk in November 2011 it’s really taken off which is a massive achievement for me.
You can usually find me trading somewhere at a few weekends throughout each month, usually at the local Vintage Fair in Sheffield, evening Burlesque events, Tattoo conventions, roller derby’s, custom car and bike shows and alternative music festivals. Check out my Facebook page to see where I’ll be hanging out…  I’m always popping up somewhere!
